I started as a developer, then spent ten years building marketing teams. Now I build the data that makes both work as one.

I started out on the tech side as a developer, then spent ten years leading startup marketing teams - the rare mix this job actually needs. So the engineer who scopes your setup is the one who builds it, and every call you make is backed by data you can trust. No juniors, no hand-off.

My journey so far

From building software to building marketing teams

My path into this was a little backwards. I started on the tech side, building software as a developer for years - back when digital marketing was still a technical game, half engineering and half marketing. So when I moved across into marketing, it never really felt like leaving the engineering behind.

I spent the next ten years as a startup CMO, building and leading marketing teams. The same thing showed up in every one of them: the teams that could genuinely trust their numbers, and scale on them, were the ones where technology and marketing worked as a single system - not two departments throwing data over a wall.

That was the pattern I couldn’t unsee. Almost everyone in this field can do marketing or tech - very few can sit on both sides at once and build the data that connects them. That gap was the spark for intellix.one. I started it to be exactly that person for small marketing teams and agencies, backed by over 2,000 hours building marketing data systems. The principle behind all of it is simple: your data should power your marketing, not slow it down.

And the timing has never been better. What used to take a whole data department - engineers, analysts, months of build time - is now within a small team's reach when someone builds it right. That's the real shift behind intellix.one: small marketing teams acting like big ones. We run the same way ourselves - a deliberately tiny team, set up to deliver like a large one.

“When technology and marketing work as one, your data becomes something you can scale on.”

My mission

Helping marketing teams build data-driven marketing they can trust - by bringing technology and marketing so close that your data becomes something reliable to scale the business on.

That’s why intellix.one exists - reliable marketing data, owned end to end by one person who speaks both sides.

Why teams work with me

One head, both sides

You get marketing and technology in the same person. The one who understands your funnel is the one wiring up the tracking behind it - so nothing gets lost in the hand-off between a marketer and a developer who don't speak the same language.

Trustworthy data in weeks

Not a 200-slide audit and a six-month roadmap. We start with a working session, then you get numbers you can actually act on - fast, built on your own tools, and kept trustworthy over time.

Senior from day one, accountable for the truth

The person who scopes your setup is the one who builds and runs it. No juniors learning on your account, no hand-off. I own whether your numbers are right - and I'll challenge how you use them, to your face.

THE SHORT VERSION

10 yrs leading startup marketing teams as CMO, tech always close by
2,000+ hrs building marketing data systems before intellix.one
2 sides marketing and tech, in one person, not two hand-offs
weeks to working data you can trust, not a six-month build

What I believe

Most marketing teams aren't short on data. They're short on data they trust.

Data-driven marketing isn’t about more dashboards or a bigger stack you’d need a whole department to run. It comes down to the option nobody offers: someone senior who owns your data end to end, speaks marketing, and stands behind whether you can trust it - so your team can decide with confidence.

What it's like to work with me

The person who scopes it is the one who builds it

No juniors learning on your account, no headcount billing, no 200-slide deck. A working session, then working data in weeks - kept trustworthy, and challenged with you.

1 · Scope - We start with a working session, not a 200-slide deck - I map what you actually need to trust, and why.

2 · Build - I build it with you, on your tools or new ones - working data in weeks, not a six-month roadmap.

3 · Run - I keep it trustworthy and challenge the numbers with you. No juniors, no headcount billing - the person who scoped it is the one running it.

Let's make your data trustworthy enough to decide on
